Los Angeles, CA (January 10, 2025) – An injury pedestrian crash occurred on Wednesday, January 7, at approximately 9:45 p.m. The incident happened near 8207 South Central Avenue, leading to an immediate response from emergency personnel.  

According to initial reports, a vehicle struck a pedestrian at the location. Los Angeles Fire Department crews provided emergency aid to the injured individual before transporting them to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Although the victim’s condition remains undisclosed, authorities have confirmed that the injuries are serious.  

Firefighters also worked to secure the accident scene, managing traffic flow and assisting with any required vehicle extractions. Meanwhile, officers from the Los Angeles Police Department directed traffic and began an investigation to determine the circumstances of the collision.
