Los Angeles, CA (July 6, 2024) – One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Los Angeles on Friday morning, July 5th. The crash took place around 1:30 a.m. on Vermont Avenue at the intersection with 97th Street.

According to a report, a vehicle was pulling out of 97th Street to head westbound when it collided with a northbound car on Vermont Avenue. Initial reports also indicate that a bicycle may have been involved in the crash. One person suffered critical injuries and was pronounced dead as a result of the collision. The victim’s identity was not immediately released. Police closed the road while they investigated the incident.
