Baton Rouge, CA – Woman Killed in Fatal Crash on N I-110

Baton Rouge, CA (March 11, 2025) – A fatal car crash occurred on Monday night, March 10, on Interstate 110 in Baton Rouge, resulting in the death of a woman and leaving two others injured. The Baton Rouge Police Department reported that the collision happened around 11:00 p.m. on North I-110 before the Convention Street Exit.  

According to investigators, Kobi Kishann Tircuit, 23, was driving southbound in the middle lane of the northbound lanes of the interstate when she collided head-on with another car. Both drivers attempted to avoid the crash by steering toward the inside lane. Unfortunately, Tircuit’s car hit the other car, leading to her fatal injuries.  

The Baton Rouge Fire Department was called to the scene to assist with car extraction. Paramedics arrived shortly after and transported both Tircuit and the other two individuals involved in the crash to a nearby hospital. Despite all efforts, Tircuit was later pronounced dead due to her injuries. The two occupants of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries and were treated at the hospital.  

Authorities closed parts of the interstate for several hours to manage the accident site and clear the wreckage. Traffic was diverted while the scene was processed, and the cars were removed. The incident is under investigation, but at this time, there have been no indications of alcohol or drug involvement.
