Reseda, CA – Deadly Pedestrian Crash at Saticoy St & Amigo Ave

Reseda, CA (December 27, 2024) – A fatal pedestrian crash occurred late Friday night at the intersection of Saticoy St and Amigo Avenue Reseda. The incident left one pedestrian dead, and authorities are searching for the suspect involved.  

According to police reports, a burgundy Chevrolet Tahoe hit a pedestrian at approximately 10:05 p.m. The driver fled the scene, heading eastbound on Saticoy St. Despite immediate responses from emergency services, the pedestrian succumbed to their injuries at the scene.  

Firefighters had initially been dispatched at 9:41 p.m. following a 911 report of a pedestrian struck. Additional law enforcement units and supervisors were later called to manage traffic and investigate the crash.  

Efforts to locate the suspect car are ongoing, with authorities urging anyone with information to come forward.
