Los Angeles, CA – Teen Killed, Five Injured in Parking Lot Crash at Campbell Hall School

Los Angeles, CA (June 5, 2025) – A 15-year-old student tragically lost his life on Tuesday, June 4, following a crash in a private school parking lot in Studio City. The incident occurred just after 3:00 p.m. at Campbell Hall School during afternoon pickup.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the teen was walking between two vehicles when a green Rivian SUV struck him. The collision pinned him between the two cars, causing serious injuries.

First responders quickly arrived and transported the student to a nearby hospital. Despite emergency care, he died from his injuries. Authorities have not released the boy’s name.

In addition to the teen, five others were hurt in the crash. The Los Angeles Fire Department stated that three adults and two minors suffered injuries described as non-life-threatening. Their names and ages have not been disclosed.

Officials say the initial collision set off a chain reaction that involved multiple cars. No arrests or charges have been reported at this time.
