Omid Khorshidi

Omid Khorshidi attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1998.  He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law where he earned Honors in USD Civil Legal Clinic and graduated among the top of his class.  He was also a member of Phi Delta Phi law fraternity and previous member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.  Omid was the judicial extern to The Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.  In 2000, he received a Certificate of Completion for the University of San Diego School of Law's Institute on International and Comparative Law in Paris, France and a Certificate of Completion for the University of San Diego School of Law's Institute on International and Comparative Law in Barcelona, Spain.  He received his Juris Doctorate Degree in December 2001 and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002.

Omid Khorshidi practices in all matters involving personal injury, almost exclusively, and serves the Southern California community.  Omid Khorshidi used to defend insurance companies against injury claims.  In his personal practice, he aggressively represents injured victims of all types of accidents, utilizing his insurance defense experience to maximize recovery for his clients.  He strives to provide the highest quality of legal services and doesn't stop fighting until his clients are made whole.  Insurance companies who have had experience with Mr. Khorshidi know that he won't cut corners or sacrifice his clients' rights for a quick buck.  He cares about his clients and runs his practice with a keen appreciation for client referrals.

He is currently a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and lifetime member of Million Dollar Advocates Forum where membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements and fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.
